Pumpkin, Spice & Everything Nice!

Pumpkin Apple Spice Facial

Just in time for the fall season, the tranquil retreat—Splash Spa at The Sports Club/LA—is offering a new Pumpkin Apple Spice Facial that smells and feels incredible.

And thankfully, the 50-minute treatment at the destination spa is available to members and non-members at an introductory price of $100 ($20 savings). Not only will you love the aromatic scent from OC-based Epicuren (a world-renown line favored by cosmetic surgeons, dermatologists, exclusive resorts, and aestheticians) this specialty facial addresses hyper-pigmentation, fine lines, and wrinkles.

Pumpkin is an excellent source of vitamin A, contains other beneficial vitamins and phyto-nutrients, and helps promote smoother, younger looking skin. You will leave Splash Spa with a fresh glow, your skin will feel noticeably softer, and you’ll look radiant—promise.

And if you purchase two or more Splash Spa services, you can take advantage of a complimentary day of activities such as yoga, tai chi, Pilates mat, or muscle conditioning classes. It will be your personalized day of fun, fitness and pampering.

Splash Spa also offers an entire menu of pampering and anti-aging treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments and specialty packages.

9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday-Friday; 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday Splash Spa at The Sports Club/LA - Orange County at 1980 Main Street
in Irvine. 949.251.6310.

Free Golden Spoons!

At this point, Golden Spoon is old school fro-you. It’s been around since 1982, long before Pinkberry, etc.  were a twinkle in their founders’ eyes. And tonight you can celebrate its honor of being selected as the best frozen yogurt in Orange County: all 27 Golden Spoon Frozen Yogurt locations will be giving away one free yogurt to each of its loyal fans during a special customer appreciation night from 6 p.m. until closing.  Golden Spoon won the top award in the Orange County Register’s annual “Best of OC” reader survey in the “Best Frozen Yogurt” category.

You can really go all out in celebrating at its Orange store across from the Village of Orange. Not only will it be giving a free yogurt, it will also hold a yogurt-eating contest, local high schools will compete in a special best Golden Spoon cheer, as well as a martial arts demonstration by Hidden Tigers, an appearance by Miss Orange 2011, plus door prizes, and music by DJ George. 2139 N. Tustin St. in Orange. 714.685.0622.
