Owner, Kristen Prosser, a fashion designer, runway specialist and personal style consultant is also debuting OnQueStyle’s new program called Your Clothes.Your Cause to encourage people to participate in charitable giving by donating items from their closets. You can schedule an appointment to consign designer apparel, handbags, shoes and accessories and when it sells you can make a contribution of any amount to the charity of your choice. Also, OnQueStyle will donate an additional 10% to the charity. With the closets in Orange County that get updated with the seasons, this is a win-win for everyone.
Prosser recently donated a brand new highly sought-after Hermes Birkin handbag to Beckstrand Cancer Foundation at the Diamond & Pearl Ball (pictured above) for their live auction which received a final bid of $24,000.

Haven for Sandy
To aid in relief efforts for the victims of Hurricane Sandy, Haven Gastropub in Orange is hosting a 15-hour fundraising event today from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. All profits will be donated to Red Cross Disaster Relief set up through Indiegogo to help those affected by the disaster. Fundraisers at taco asylum in Costa Mesa will follow on Monday, Nov. 19 from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., at Burger Haven in Pasadena on Tuesday, Nov. 20 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and at Haven Gastropub +Brewery in Pasadena on Tuesday, Nov. 20 from noon to 2 a.m.
Similarly in 2010 and 2011, Executive Chef Greg Daniels, who along with Partners Wil Dee and Ace Patel, raised a total of $27,000 for the victims of the earthquake in Haiti and victims of the tsunami in Japan. “We’re counting on our many supporters to come out and enjoy our full menu knowing that every dollar they spend will help those in need of our help. As long as we are in a position to do so, we will continue to support relief efforts through Red Cross Disaster Relief.”
