Celebrating 14 years of YAS: Yoga and Spinning

If you haven’t yet experienced an incredible YAS workout--a combo of yoga and spin--now is the time to find out what it’s all about. YAS Fitness Center is celebrating 14 years on Friday, Aug. 14 with 14 classes for $144 ($10.29 per class!). That’s a huge bargain. And the special does not expire. Limit is 2.

There’s a local YAS Fitness Center on East 17th Street in Costa Mesa

YAS Fitness Centers was founded by Kimberly Fowler in 2001, as the first studio that combines yoga and spinning. It started the yoga hybrid trend that’s still huge today.

You can choose from a variety of classes such as Yoga for Athletes (one-hour); YAS Indoor Cycling (40 min.) YAS for Athletes Core, Stretch or Balance (one hour); Sweat 30 (30 min.) Power 30  (30 min.); or the exclusive YAS class, a half hour of indoor cycling immediately followed by a half hour of Yoga for Athletes; this class is great for beginners and anyone trying to feel good with a quick workout.
