Now that the holidays are in the rear-view mirror, we can breathe a sigh of relief. We say now is the perfect time to share a Sunday meal with your family (or better yet friends, we know how families can be) in a warm atmosphere.
Fleming’s at Fashion Island is offering its three-course prime rib dinner every Sunday in January at a special price of $29.95 per guest.
First, your choice of salad: the wedge, Fleming’s or Caesar. Second course includes 12 oz. of succulent prime rib au jus, creamy horseradish and dijon sauces served with your choice of one Fleming’s sides, such as mashed potatoes, with blue cheese, parmesan-peppercorn or roasted garlic; onion rings with smoked jalapeño aioli; chipotle cheddar macaroni and cheese and more.
For dessert: Pick between chocolate lava cake, with a molten chocolate center, served with vanilla ice cream and chopped pistachios; or the frozen lemon gingersnap pie, a frozen custard with
vanilla and fresh ginger, raspberry lemon foam sauce!
And don’t forget, Fleming’s has 100 wines by the glass. (The price of the prime rib dinner excludes tax and gratuity or wine.) And Fleming’s also debuting a winter prix fixe menu with a choice of three entrées: braised boneless short rib of beef, seared scallops peperonata or roasted half duckling. At $39.95 it’s an exceptional value.
