Haircuts, Burgers, Charity!
One of Orange County’s hottest salons, Shanghai Salon in Costa Mesa will be hosting the first annual Newport Harbor High School cut-a-thon fundraiser on Sunday, Sept. 16. Normally the salon is closed on Sunday, but Konner Speth, the 2012-2013 ASB President, is spearheading the event to raise funds for Newport Harbor's ASB.
