The Zen Energy Body Therapy is a deeply relaxing, soothing combination of East and West, technology and nature. It’s a percussion massage on the back of the body and feet to break up tight fascia, stimulate circulation and the flow of energy.
Mary always incorporates custom blended aroma-therapeutic plant oils (chosen by you) that are rhythmically massaged into the body. Accupressure and reflexology points are manipulated to promote energetic harmony and balance.
