Center 360 Opens at Segerstrom Center for the Arts

Center 360, the newest outdoor dining destination from Patina Restaurant Group, officially opens at Orange County’s Segerstrom Center for the Arts on Saturday, October 28 within the new Julianne and George Argyros Plaza. Greg Stillman, a French Laundry veteran with more than two decades of culinary expertise and current Executive Chef behind the Segerstrom Center’s other restaurant, Leatherby’s Café Rouge, helms the new casual restaurant. Center 360’s weaves global influences into Southern California cuisine, created using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. Breakfast and lunch will be available Monday through Friday, as well as lunch and dinner during pre- and post-performance hours.

On weekdays from 7 a.m.-10:30 a.m., breakfast will be served, as well grab items to-go, like a Sriracha Melt with cage-free soft scrambled eggs, chives, cheddar cheese, caramelized onions, and Sriracha mayo on a toasted brioche bun or Favacado Toast with avocado mash, fava beans, watermelon radish, lemon, and shaved bonito flakes; a daily rotating chef’s selection of sweet and savory pastries; and healthful offerings such as a Granola Cup with housemade super grain granola, Greek yogurt, fresh berries, and wild flower honey. A full coffee and espresso bar, using freshly-roasted Intelligentsia beans, is open all day.

Weekday lunch from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. and during weekend matinees includes a variety of crisp salads, like Sesame-Togarashi Crusted Ahi Tuna with baby lettuce, shredded cabbage, carrots, red bell pepper, grilled scallions, pickled ginger, crispy wontons, and soy ginger vinaigrette; comforting soups, such as Chile con Carne with grass-fed beef, sea salt crema, and cave aged cheddar; as well as hearty sandwiches like The Cuban with roasted pork, ham, Swiss cheese, dill pickles, and mustard on a toasted soft roll. For dessert or a mid-day treat, Coolhaus Awesome Ice Cream Sandwiches are available in flavors like Double Chocolate + Peanut Butter, along with Jumbo Chocolate Chip Cookies and Fudge Brownies.

During performance hours, dinner offers an array of fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches, as well as entrées, such as OC Street Tacos with pork al pastor, roasted pineapple, cilantro, onion, salsa, and corn tortillas; Chickpea Falafel with pickled pink turnips, marinated cabbage, tahini sauce, and grilled flat bread; and Guinness-battered Fish + Chips served with tartar sauce and malt vinegar.

At the bar during the afternoons and evenings, guests can enjoy seasonally-inspired specialty and classic cocktails throughout the Argyros Plaza courtyard, as well as international and domestic red, white, rosé, and sparkling wines by the glass, or a selection of craft beers on draft or by the bottle from local breweries like Bootlegger’s and Barley Forge, alongside other domestic and global options.
