Noodle fans unite. The second annual NOODS NOODS NOODS presented by Foodbeast and NISSIN will be celebrated on Saturday, Jan. 27. It’s all going down in historic Downtown Santa Ana on Sycamore Street between 4th and 5th Street and on 5th Street from Broadway to Sycamore with access to the attached eSports Arena.
The event will host multiple vendors, each offering exclusive Asian-inspired and noodle-tastic comfort-food items. Those in attendance can expect to indulge in innovative and drool-worthy dishes. NOODS will bring the best food geniuses together in one place, where they’ll serve up their creative newsworthy dishes to thousands at this epicenter of noodle-eats.
The Marketplace will run from noon to 11 p.m. and is a pay-as-you-consume experience.
The VIP (2) sessions from 3:30 - 6:30 p.m. and 7:30 - 10:30 p.m. A NOODS VIP Ticket includes everything in the Marketplace, as well as an All-You-Can-Consume Pass to sample all of the exclusive food items created by top food concepts, including a collaboration with Faze Cheo and Cup Noodle

Belly Bombz Kitchen -- Firecracker Chicken Ramen Quesadilla: Ramen infused crepes, with chicken, Belly Bombz Firecracker Sauce, cheddar cheese, green onion, corn, garnished with avocado crema, radishes, and cilantro.
Bruxie -- Kickin Kimchi Ramen Waffle: Smoked Pork Belly & Spiced Ramen Noodle “Waffle” Sandwich with Kickin’ Chicken, Kimchi Cheese Sauce, and Green Onions
Cali Tacos -- Carne Asada Cup Noodle: Carne Asada style cheesy Cup Noodle Ramen, Fresh Mexican Salsa, Cabbage, and Cotija Cheese.
Creamistry -- Choco Pie Nitro Shake: Creamistry's signature nitrogen infused "NitroShake" garnished with classic Choco Pie treats, marshmallows and whipped cream
Drizzle -- Sweet Sesame Funnel Cone: Funnel cake filled with sesame ice cream topped with coconut jelly, matcha powder sprinkles, matcha wafers, fresh whipped cream and lastly drizzled with condensed milk.
Mad Dumplings Truck -- Spicy Bulgogi Beef Dumplings: Pan-Fried Bulgogi Beef Dumplings over spicy sesame Gochujang Noods.
Ninjas With Appetite -- Teriyaki Cheesesteak Ramen: Teriyaki steak, ramen and cheese, topped with green onions and chives Norigami Taco -- Seafood Ramen Egg Rolls: Jumbo cheesy ramen eggrolls with imitation crab and shrimp tempura. Topped with green onion and avocado crema.
Trip Tip Man -- Sweet & Spicy Tri-Tip Lo Mein: Smoked Tri-Tip with a sweet and spicy Plum Sauce served ver Lo Mein noodles and vegetables. Topped with a spicy Sesame Sauce drizzle.

E-Sports Smash Bros. Tournament: In collaboration with FOODBEAST’s NOODS event, eSports Santa Ana arena hosts the largest Smash Bros. tournament in the United States on January 14, 2017. $10 entry at the door will provide guests access to the competition as well as NOODS Marketplace. While the gaming competition commences, NOODS will be taking place in the surrounding DTSA streets offering attendees a two-for-one event experience.
The VIP Gaming Couch will be available in the NOODS Marketplace inside the eSports Arena. Here, NISSIN will supply guests with a comfortable spot to take a break from all the food and play video games. Participants can compete with one another and play games such as Super Smash Bros., Call of Duty, Final Fantasy and more.
