Daydream is part surf shop/coffee shop in Newport Beach with a cool vibe thanks to its creators Becca Mantei and Kyle Kennell. With Becca’s background in fine art and interior design, she brings the community hard to find goods with ethical business philosophies. Kyle draws inspirations from his connection to surf, nature and his community.

Daydream’s coffee bar offers San Francisco based Sightglass Coffee, kombucha, sparkling lavender lemonade and fresh, organic treats from Rye Goods Co. to give you the jump start you need for a productive, feel-good day. Inside you'll find a diverse mix of curated products mostly made locally or in the US by artisans or small companies. They carry hand shaped surfboards, beautiful crafts, both new and vintage clothing, and records. A lot of their products are offered exclusively here.

They’re proud of their Surf Club program that gives members a chance to experiment with all types of high-quality boards from hulls and logs to bonzers and keel fishes so that they can find the board that best suits them. 

Open 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Friday; 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday; 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
