Orange County’s newest New York-style pizzeria and beer bar, The Bowery brings New York pizza, 33 beer taps and a rock ‘n’ roll vibe to Fullerton and surrounding cities.
The restaurant—founded by the owners of Downtown Fullerton’s Bourbon Street Bar & Grill next door—is inspired by New York’s traditions with a California twist.
Pizza is served whole or by the slice. Classic pizzas include the Pesto with Arugula pesto, Bowery Cheese blend, ricotta, oven-roasted garlic, pine nuts and red chili flakes; The Butcher with red gravy, Applewood smoked bacon, pepperoni, Italian sausage and meatballs; and BBQ with BBQ sauce, Bowery cheese blend, pickled mustard seeds, braised brisket, red onion, bread and butter pickles, and cilantro.
Specialty Brewery Pies include the Bad Hunter with red gravy, Bowery cheese blend, garlic, Portobello mushrooms, red and yellow bell peppers, Roma tomatoes, cauliflowers and capers; The Tipsy Pig with Sweet Bourbon glaze, Bowery cheese blend, ricotta, honey cured ham, Applewood Smoked Bacon, fresh herbs and chicharrones; and the Truffle Shuffle with mozzarella, ricotta, Molinari pancetta, black garlic cloves, black truffle pecorino and black truffle zest. You can also build your own pizzas with a large variety of assorted toppings.
You can also enjoy delicious chicken wings (try the Carolina Reaper challenge!), Pizza Fries, salads and more in a unique, CBGB-inspired restaurant, bar and arcade.
The restaurant offers a full bar and 33 tap beers: local craft selections from breweries including San Clemente’s Left Coast Brewing Co., Placentia’s The Bruery, Anaheim’s Unsung Brewing Co., Costa Mesa’s Gunwhale Ales, Covina’s Arrow Lodge Brewing; plus classic pizzeria beers including Bud Light and Rolling Rock.
The Bowery also offers a capacity to hold large community events for local sports teams, children’s birthday parties, anniversaries and more. The restaurant also has classic games including Star Wars Pinball, Ms. Pac Man, Air Hockey and CHEXX Hockey and Jenga.
Open 4 p.m. to Midnight Monday to Wednesday; 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. Thursday and Friday; 11 a.m.-2 a.m. Saturday and Sunday.
