The offer is available at flagship hotels and inns such as Adelaide Inn, La Bellasera Hotel & Suites, the historic Paso Robles Inn, and more. Also, guests can enjoy a complimentary bottle of Hope Family Wine.

Paso Robles is touted at the country’s fastest-growing wine regions—with 200 plus wineries, food and wine festivals and excellent farm to table restaurants. It’s only about a a four hour drive from Orange County and it’s a great place for a winter getaway. Wine tasting is a huge draw, and there are also fantastic outdoor activities such as hiking,

biking, premier golfing, hot springs spas, and beaches are only 30 minutes away.

Need a reason to visit The Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel where you will be transported to a bygone era of glamour when Clark Gable, Carole Lombard, Charlie Chaplin and Marilyn Monroe hailed? Now you can soak up the scene at one of Hollywood’s most famous lobbies while tasting a series of small plates from the Library Bar’s new lobby menu.

Executive Chef Tim Goodell from Public Kitchen & Bar debuted a new menu and a selection of handcrafted cocktails from the Library Bar. Highlights from menu include Library’s Burger with blue cheese, nueske’s bacon, bread + butter pickes, hand cut Kennebec fries ($16); Burrata with bagnet vert and cherry tomatoes ($13); Kale salad with currants, pancetta bread crumbs, garlic vinaigrette and pine nuts ($11); and Chicharrones with chili and lime ($8).

The mixologists comprised of Danvy Pham, Alex Frost, Chris Hewes and Matt Biancaniello serve drinks “Omakase-style,” with seasonal farmer’s market ingredients, as well as homemade foams and garnishes. The cocktail list from The Library Bar include Kind of Indigo: Cilantro, bell pepper, blackberry, mescal and ghost pepper salt ($16); Roquette: Plymouth gin, agave, arugula and lime ($16); Seriously dangerous: Tomato, basil, lemon, honey syrup and whiskey ($16); and Zelda Fitzgerald: Ginger, grapefruit, goslings rum, lime, luxardo and agave ($16).
