Atlanta’s modern charm
03.12.10
Atlanta may possess plenty of Old Southern charm, but there’s no denying the city’s ultramodern look and feel, too.
After all, Atlanta boasts three different skylines and one of the world’s busiest airports. Atlanta-Midtown, in particular, has emerged as the sprawling city’s trendy district, with tall skyscrapers and a bustling nightlife scene.
At the .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) in Midtown, the 21-story boutique hotel is an ideal stay for visitors. Featuring 304 rooms, the stylish Kimpton hotel is located just a few blocks from Georgia Tech. The rooms are appointed with oversized bathrooms, Fuji soak tubs and the beds are outfitted in luxurious Frette linens. Rooms start at $210 a night.
For a lovers’ getaway, consider Hotel Palomar’s “The Art of Romance” package, which includes: champagne and a sweet treat from the hotel’s pastry chef, a $75 dinner credit at Pacci Ristorante and a $30 breakfast credit. This package also includes an in-room 60-minute couples’ massage.
