Hotel Maya’s Gourmet Meals To Go & Getaway Room Package

Long Beach’s premiere waterfront resort, Hotel Maya speaks the language of love this Valentine’s Day weekend with special dinner menus for outdoor or to-go dining, a Cupid Brunch, a Valentine’s picnic basket, a hotel room package, and an intimate wedding ceremony and honeymoon. Whether dining along the waterfront or picking up complete meals, Fuego, the Latin-infused restaurant at Hotel Maya will offer two Valentine’s Day dinner options from Friday, February 12 through Monday, February 15. The Sweetheart Package includes a three-course dinner for two; chocolates from Long Beach’s Romeo Chocolates; one bottle of sparkling Rose or Cava, Poema, Spain; and a rose, while the A La Carte menu offers luscious starters, appetizers and desserts to be mixed and matched.

A Valentine’s Picnic Basket featuring wine, chocolate covered strawberries, mixed nuts and dried fruit, Latin cheeses, guacamole, salsa, ceviche, long stem roses, water, and utensils. Picnic baskets can be pre-ordered through February 10 for pickup over the Valentine’s Day weekend. On Sunday, Valentine’s Day, a Cupid’s Brunch with live, socially distanced entertainment is from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Live entertainment will also be offered for Sunday dinner from 5-9:00 p.m. Reservations are required and space is limited so secure your Sweetheart table now.
A Sweetheart Getaway room package starts at $305 and includes one-night overnight accommodations and a three-course dinner for two to enjoy in your room or on the Fuego patio, complimentary parking, and a late check out at 1pm. The Sweetheart Dinner Package for 2 is available ToGO or you can reserve a table to enjoy on the outdoor patio and choose between Salad, a Burrata Tomato Salad, or a Maryland Lump Crab Cake, a choice of entrees including a Tenderloin of Beef with a whiskey peppercorn sauce, Valdeón Blue cheese, a Peruvian potato puree, and honey glazed carrots; a mushroom crusted Colorado Lamb Chop with a Chimichurri sauce, sweet potato puree, and pickled sugar snap peas; or a pan-roasted Chilean Sea Bass with fried sage butter sauce, blistered tomatoes, spinach, Fingerling potatoes, and arugula and lobster garnish. Dessert includes 4 Chocolate Truffles from Long Beach’s famous Romeo Chocolates, a bottle of Sparkling Rose or Poema Brut Cava, and a long-stemmed rose.
The A La Carte menu includes choices from the Sweetheart Package as well as a white truffled risotto with crème fraiche, Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, spinach, mushrooms, black beans, roasted corn, and pico de gallo; and for dessert, a chocolate ganache cake.
Fuego, the modern, Latin infused restaurant and lounge, offers a unique seaside setting featuring 13-foot-tall glass walls that fully retract with seating on the patio area. Fuego’s stunning open-air views and expansive patio seating include the Pacific Ocean, Long Beach skyline and Queen Mary.
