SeaLegs’ Easter Brunch and Bottomless Champagne

The award-winning SeaLegs Wine Bar in Huntington Beach will celebrate Easter on Sunday, March 27 with a special brunch menu featuring bottomless Champagne and special menu items.
On the Easter brunch menu, you can choose from New Zealand Rack of Lamb with mint pea puree and harissa baby carrots; Seared Scallops with citrus beet risotto, goat cheese, tarragon, micro arugula, orange beurre blanc; Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus Eggs Benedict with roasted tomatoes, poached eggs, cornmeal muffin and homestyle potatoes; Braised Short Rib Hash, bell peppers, caramelized onion, potatoes, and sunny side up egg; Lavender Basil Meyer Lemon Cake; and French Beignets with Powdered Sugar.
Open 4 to 11:30 p.m. Monday through Friday; 10 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Saturday; 10 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Sunday. Sunday brunch is from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Happy Hour is daily from 4 to 6 p.m.

Join the CASA Celebration of Children Black & White Ball on Saturday, April 16, 2016 at 6 p.m. at The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel. CASA Celebration of Children is celebrating 30 years of child advocacy and helping to make a difference in the life of a child.
The evening includes a cocktail reception, live and silent auction, dinner and dancing. Black tie optional.
This year's gala will be honoring Kylie Schuyler & Doug Hodge as their Children's Champions, Applied Medical as Outstanding Corporation, and Janice Jefferson as Advocate of the Year. Lauren Leeman will be the Keynote Speaker, and Paul McDonald, Former NFL Quarterback, will be Master of Ceremonies. The guest performer for the evening will be Ruben Studdard, of "American Idol" fame.
Tickets cost $550.
The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel is at One Ritz-Carlton Drive in Dana Point.
