Healing With Style Luncheon and Fashion Show

American Liver Foundation’s Healing with Style's champagne luncheon and fashion show on Saturday, April 9 from 10:30 a.m. to 2 pm. at the Balboa Bay Resort in Newport Beach supports the prevention, treatment, and curing of liver diseases.
The event includes champagne and hors d'oeuvres, silent auction, trunk show, lunch, live auction and a fashion show. Participating fashion brands showcasing their spring/summer collections include MaxMara, Hugo Boss, White House Black Market, Eileen Fisher, Chico’s, J. McLaughlin and Catimini.
Models participating in the fashion show have either had liver transplants, or are on medication for liver complications. Since 1979, ALF has contributed more than $25 million to Liver Disease research. The group provides funding for medical studies, and patient care programs.

Hammitt Handbag Sample Sale

Here's your chance to pick up some must-have Hammitt bags and save! Hammitt, a luxury handbag company based in Hermosa Beach will be hosting one of their famous sample samples on Saturday, April 9 from 9 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. at the Manhattan Country Club in Manhattan Beach. The event will offer guests free cocktails, gourmet food, generous raffle giveaways, and multiple DJ's.
VIP tickets allow for early entry to the event at 9 a.m. All proceeds from the sale of VIP tickets will be donated to Walk With Sally dedicated to providing free mentoring support programs and services to children of parents, guardians or siblings who have cancer or have succumbed to cancer.
The general admissions entry at 10 a.m. is free but all attendees must be registered. To register or purchase a VIP ticket, go to Hammitt.com.
