Recycle Your Blues

In honor of Earth Day, The Denim Lab at Irvine Spectrum is teaming up with Blue Jeans Go Green to bring to you their Recycle Your Blues event this Thursday, April 18 from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. Enjoy complimentary juices, fresh fruit and a cheese charcuterie board as well as live music while you shop.
Bring in an old pair of jeans and receive $50 OFF your purchase of a new pair at The Denim Lab during the event. All of the collected denim will be donated to Blue Jeans Go Green for upcycling into UltraTouch Denim Insulation. A portion of the proceeds collected on purchases will go to communities in need.
Plus, all guests who attend will receive $25 towards their purchase during the event.
The Blue Jeans Go Green Program collects denim across the country and up-cycles it into UltraTouch Denim Insulation, providing a portion of the proceeds to communities in need.

Chef Cathy Pavlos has taken her incredible garden to table Sunday Brunch and transformed it for Easter Sunday. Join us Sunday, April 21st from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. for a Prix-Fixe Champagne Brunch. Guests can look forward to a four-course menu including an amuse of our beloved Provenance Herbed Yogurt Biscuits with House Honey Butter. For the main course, chose between one of six brunch favorites including our Petite Black Canyon Filet Mignon Medallions, Pan-Roasted New Zealand Sole, and Crab Cake Benedict with Softly Boiled Cage-Free Eggs. Make sure you save room for dessert! Provenance will have a huge dessert display with a selection of Euro Pastries. Meals for guests 12 and under are available, priced at $25.50.
