St. Regis Monarch Beach Farm-to-Feast

Experience the exclusive Farm-to-Feast event with the chefs of the St. Regis Monarch Beach at the Resort's Botanical Garden on Sunday, Aug. 17 from 4 to 8 p.m.
Enjoy an evening of ocean views and supporting local farmers and artisan products, while enjoying chef prepared dishes by the Resort's award-winning culinary team.
Executive Chef Raj Dixit of Michael Mina's Stonehill Tavern and Executive Resort Chef Frederic Castan, with Executive Chef Graem Blair of Motif Restaurant and the Resort's Pastry Chef Frederick Moreau, along with Chef Franck Tassic of Monarch Bay Club and Larson Warkentin of Club 19, will be offering their delectable seasonal tastings.
Walk the grounds of the lush Botanical Garden and enjoy a variety of hand-selected cheeses, freshly shucked oysters and sustainable seafood, olive oils, fresh baked bread, and various charcuterie from the finest vendors in Orange County.
You can also enjoy hand-crafted signature St. Regis Bloody Marys by the Resort's Lobby Lounge mixologists, as well as local wines, live music and art by Laguna Beach artists.
Tickets cost $55 per person, with $10 per person donated to the Ecology Center in San Juan Capistrano - an exciting educational center, that engages individuals, families, and students in fun, hands-on activities that teach practical, environmental solutions at the household and community level.

Great Bites at SOL

Join SOL Cocina Newport Beach on Thursday, Aug. 14 from 6:30 to 9 p.m. for an evening of GREAT BITES benefiting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Enjoy live music and Partida Tequila, as well as delicious eats from Chef Deb’s kitchen and handcrafted cocktails from the bar.
Tickets cost $60 (plus tax and gratuity), $20 from every tickets will benefit CFF. Raffle tickets are available for $5 with great prizes. 50% of every SOL Partida Margarita will be donated to CFF.
