Embark on an inventive multi-course menu created by Executive Chef Roman Jimenez against a romantic backdrop of sultry live Jazz music. Priced at $65 per guest, the three-course menu features a Surf & Turf entree featuring a 6oz filet over a bed of bomba rice filled with lobster, shrimp, calamari, clams, and Spanish chorizo en papillote. The dessert course flirts with the juxtaposition of savory and sweet, featuring profiteroles filled with mascarpone Humboldt Fog foam, topped with white chocolate-truffle sauce and dusted with gold glitter. Available February 12th – 14th, Water Grill will be offering a special 4-course menu with an optional wine pairing to celebrate the holiday.
Water Grill provides an elevated setting for a seasonally driven dining experience. Focusing on first-of-season seafood, Water Grill prides itself in offering the broadest selection of fish, oysters, and shellfish, which is provided daily from King’s Seafood Distribution.
