Pure Salt x Tirzah Holiday Collection Launch Party

Celebrate the season with Pure Salt with Tirzah International's launch of its holiday collaboration on Thursday, Nov. 10 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Pure Salt Store in Newport Beach.

Tirzah President Kirsten Dickerson will join Pure Salt co-founders Aly Morford & Leigh Lincoln for a Q&A about supporting women-led organizations and empowering marginalized women around the world, as well as cocktails and shopping with a purpose. Pure Salt Interiors, the Newport Beach-based interior design studio, and Shoppe known for its clean, coastal, and naturally-inspired designs, is proud to announce its first rug line with Momeni, a heritage family-owned manufacturing business known for its innovative, high-quality, impeccably designed rugs.

The Pure Salt for Momeni Rug Line launched at High Point Market, the largest home furnishings industry trade show in the world, in October 2022 with 17 exclusive rugs in sizes ranging from 2’x8’ to
10’x14’.

Prices range from $368 to $8698.

The Pure Salt for Momeni Line was developed over two years with Pure Salt foundersAly Morford & Leigh Lincoln alongside the design team at Momeni. The line leans heavily on natural fibers and neutral colors with a focus on innovative new techniques natural fiber jute and hand-knotted rugs.

The line will be available to the trade at Momeni Showrooms and select dealers across the country. Consumers can view and purchase the assortment online at Pure Salt Shoppe and at the Pure Salt Flagship Store in Newport Beach.

Flamenco Legend: Farruquito at Renée and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall

Farruquito Flamenco is coming to Segerstrom Center of the Arts on Wednesday, November 9 at 8 p.m., in Segerstrom Hall. Farruquito’s roots in flamenco dance have taken him all over the world, immersing audiences in his gift as the “greatest Flamenco dancer of this new century.” (New York Times) As the principal inheritor of the greatest Gypsy flamenco bloodlines, Farruquito has made it his life’s mission to share the purest form of flamenco on stages worldwide while further broadening his influence by collaborating with the most paramount film directors, conductors, and artists of our time.

Farruquito (Juan Manuel Fernández Montoya), son of flamenco singer Juan Fernández Flores “El Moreno” and dancer Rosario Montoya Manzano “La Farruca”, and the eldest of 3 siblings including Manuel Fernández Montoya “El Carpeta” and Alegría Fernández Montoya, was immersed in the purest form of flamenco founded by his grandfather, “El Farruco”, one of the most incredible dancers in the history of flamenco.
