Goodwill of Orange County Opens Bristol Warner Marketplace Location

02.16.22

Goodwill of Orange County just opened its newly relocated Bristol Warner Marketplace location in Santa Ana.

The new 9,871 square-foot store offers customers an elevated shopping experience and a one-of-a-kind assortment of clothing for all ages, accessories, home décor, electronics, furniture, and more. A drive-up donation center is also located behind the store offering an easy and safe way to drop off gently used goods.

The popular Goodwill store relocated from its previous location in the same shopping center into the new suite.

All store and donation attendant employees from the prior location also moved over to the new store.

Goodwill’s retail outposts generate the revenue needed to operate its mission to provide critical programs and services to Orange County residents who face barriers to employment, including individuals with disabilities and veterans, to find and keep meaningful jobs. For every dollar Goodwill of Orange County spends, more than 92 cents further the nonprofit’s mission to change lives through meaningful employment opportunities.

Open 9 a.m. – 8 p.m. Monday – Saturday; 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. Sunday.
Donation Hours: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. Monday – Saturday; 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. Sunday.

The Bristol Warner Marketplace store and donation center is located at 2120 Bristol St., Santa Ana.

Goodwill is currently hiring with openings across all departments throughout the county. Interested applicants can apply online at ocgoodwill.org/careers.

2ND & PCH Partners with Local Non-Profits for Charity Art Installation “Show Some Love Long Beach”

02.16.22

2ND & PCH, in partnership with Leadership Long Beach and POW! WOW! Long Beach, has unveiled a conversation heart wall titled “Show Some Love Long Beach” for the community to enjoy through March 10. Designed by local artist Andrea James, the acrylic mural features hearts with personalized messages of love and will remain on view through March 10th.

In the lead-up to Valentine’s Day, members of the Long Beach community were invited to give the gift of art and purchase a heart to inscribe with a personalized message.

All proceeds went to benefit two local non-profit organizations: Leadership Long Beach, whose principled leadership programs for youth and adults serve the local community, and Precious Lamb Preschool, which provides tuition-free, high-quality, early education for children and their families experiencing homelessness.

2ND & PCH encourages visitors to interact with the conversation heart wall and share photos on social media using hashtags: #leadershiplb, #preciouslamblb, #supportlocalartists and #longbeachartists.

The installation is located on the ground level of the center near Boba Guys and Barry’s Bootcamp. 2ND & PCH is located at E 2nd St & Pacific Coast Hwy. in Long Beach.
