Final Movie Night in The Backyard at Hotel Irvine

The final showing of the fourth annual Movie Nights in The Backyard is coming up on Aug. 31! The Hotel Irvine is ditching the indoor movie screen for gorgeous SoCal summer nights – an invitation to round up a crew or plan a fun date night to cozy up under the stars on Hotel Irvine’s outdoor lawn. For hearty appetites is the chef’s backyard BBQ with hot-off-the-grill burgers, artisan sandwiches, fresh farmers market salads and staple movie snacks like ice cream, nachos, popcorn, and candies.
Plus, guests can order the Frosé featured cocktail, a glass of wine or a quaff from the fully stocked outdoor bar. A local DJ will hit the decks in The Backyard at 6 p.m. before the movie and will keep the party going on the dance floor at Red Bar and Lounge after, where they’ll be serving up all night happy hour to moviegoers.
Those who want to step it up a notch can opt-in for the VIP experience for two, which includes:
Two tickets to the movie of choice
Reserved front-row seating
Unlimited access to chef’s backyard BBQ
A bottle of rosé or prosecco
Complimentary valet parking

General admission is $10 per person. Doors open at 6 p.m. with movies starting at dusk. Open seating. Guests bring blankets, low chairs, pillows or cushions. VIP experience is $55 for two guests. Ten VIP packages are available per movie night. Advanced purchase recommended and based on availability. A wristband is needed for all night happy hour after the movie in Red Bar and Lounge.
