Thanksgiving-inspired ice cream flavors are a thing at Salt & Straw in Anaheim. You can get in on their “A Thanksgiving Celebration” series with flavors inspired by favorite Thanksgiving dishes with offerings such as Salted Caramel Thanksgiving Turkey, Roasted Peach & Sage Cornbread Stuffing and Spiced Goat Cheese & Pumpkin Pie. Flavors are available through Friday, Nov. 23. with pints to pick up in the shop or for delivery through Postmates. For every pint of Thanksgiving flavors purchased, Salt & Straw will donate one to the Orange County Food Bank, who works to alleviate hunger in Orange County.
Roasted Peach & Sage Cornbread Stuffing — features fresh-picked sage infused ice cream studded with sweet and crunchy cornbread brown sugar shortbread cookies and spoonfuls of spiced peach jam brightened with a splash of peach vinegar.
Salted Caramel Thanksgiving Turkey — sweet and buttery turkey brittle is folded into a turkey fat caramel ice cream.
Spiced Goat Cheese & Pumpkin Pie — spiced cheesecake ice cream made with fresh, local goat cheese, swirled with streaks of fresh baked pumpkin pie custard.

Thanksgiving at Montage Laguna Beach at The Loft
Thursday, November 22, from 12 to 9 p.m.
The culinary team is creating a celebratory Four-Course Holiday Tasting Menu with a choice of Appetizers like Maine Lobster Bisque. Second Course options include Pumpkin Agnolotti and Pan-Seared Diver Scallop, and entrees are Mary's Farm Turkey with traditional accompaniments, Slow-Roasted Beef Short Rib with polenta and glazed carrots or Pan-Seared Baja California Striped Bass. Tempting desserts will be prepared by Pastry Chef Lee Smith, offering Classic Pumpkin Pie or Fall Pears and Madagascar Dark Chocolate. A special holiday children's menu will be available. $130 for adults; $50 for children (ages four to12 years), plus tax and gratuity; the customary á la carte menu will not be available.
Thanksgiving Day Brunch at Montage Laguna Beach at Studio
Thursday, November 22, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. At the signature restaurant, Studio, brunch will be served on the Lawn and feature seasonal holiday chef-attended buffet stations: fruit and juice with Frog Hollow Farm pear and Honeycrisp apple made-to-order juice; salads like Studio Garden Herb Green Goddess; crudités including roasted and raw fall vegetables; globally sourced artisan cheeses and cured meats; gravlax; Roasted Turkey Carving Station with turkey sausage stuffing, dried fruit and nut stuffing, spiced cranberry sauce and more. Irresistible Desserts. For Thanksgiving toasting, a bottle of champagne is included for every two adult guests.
$170 for adults, $50 for children (ages four to 12 years), $80 for young adults (ages 13 to 20), plus tax and gratuity. Studio will serve their customary a la carte menu for dinner from 6 to 9 p.m.
Montage Laguna Beach's Grand Ballroom Masterpiece Thanksgiving Celebration
Thursday, November 22, from 1 to 6 p.m.
This Masterpiece Celebration features a multi-station holiday buffet including On Ice Seafood like Citrus Poached Prawns; cheese and charcuterie; soup and salad including Wild Rice and Kale Chicken Soup and Santa Barbara Smoked Salmon Rillettes; sushi of all sorts; tempting seasonal traditionally-inspired Chef's Carving Station offering White Oak Smoked Turkey Breast and Slow-Roasted Garlic-Rosemary Prime Rib; On The Buffet selections of Grilled Pacific Salmon, Roasted Pork Tenderloin with parsnip-celery root purée and more. There's a Children's Buffet and a very elaborate Dessert Lounge showcasing Executive Pastry Chef Lee Smith's creations, along with a coffee and espresso cart. There will be live music, a complimentary champagne toast and complimentary family photographs.

New Executive Chef Brittany Valles will be celebrating her first Thanksgiving at Oak Grill this year. She and her team will be preparing a mouthwatering four-course dinner including a First Course choice of Blue Cheese and Pecan Stuffed Figs with Prosciutto or Wild Rice and Root Vegetable Arancini. Course Two selections are Roasted Butternut Squash Soup or Baby Kale Salad. For the Main Course guests choose among Roasted Turkey, Beef Filet, Maine Lobster or Carolina Gold Rice and Wild Mushroom Risotto, all with accompaniments. Desserts created by Pastry Chef Andy de la Cruz are either Pumpkin Pie with burnt cinnamon ice cream, Apple Pie with fresh bay leaf ice cream or Cranberry Sorbet with maple whip. Guests will want to gather 'round the table with friends and family, enjoy this very special holiday feast and be thankful there are no dishes to wash.

Thanksgiving Brunch served in the beautiful Fashion Island Hotel Ballroom offers an irresistible cornucopia of traditional holiday dishes prepared and served in elegant style to be enjoyed with favorite celebratory beverages. From the Farmer's Market are Little Gem Cobb Salad, Roasted Root Vegetable Winter Salad, Brussels Sprout Slaw, California Cheese and Charcuterie, and Fresh Fruit and Berries. From the Ranch, selections include Free Range Turkey with all the fixings, Whole Roasted Crispy Pork Belly, Wood Plank Roasted Salmon and more. There will be Scrambled Eggs, Seafood Stew, Chicken Pot Pie, Shrimp Cocktail and Crab Legs. An assortment of individual pies will offer pumpkin, cherry, apple cinnamon, Boston cream and pecan, and dessert shooters are a special final touch - orange cheesecake, chocolate crémeux, and others. Also, mini pumpkin donuts will be made on the spot. Plus, everyone will enjoy live music, and children's craft activities are featured for a day that's made for the whole family.

Family and friends should bring their heartiest Thanksgiving appetites to Hotel Irvine's bounteous Thanksgiving feast served al fresco in The Backyard. A cornucopia of food stops includes AM favorites such as pancakes, French toast, and quiche; Sea legs selections of poached shrimp, smoked salmon and ahi poke; a seafood cioppino; green thumb vegetables and salads; artisanal cheese; fairytale pumpkin bisque; carved and braised options like roasted free-range turkey, Berkshire ham and beef short ribs bourguignon; sides; and favorite sweets featuring house-made carrot cake, apple cranberry cobbler, pumpkin pie, candied apples and more. Bottomless bloody marys will be available for $10, and bottomless mimosas are included in the purchase price, which also includes a kids buffet, solo guitarist entertainment, kids craft table with face painting and a balloon artist, photo booth, lawn games, and a petting zoo.
