Three Thanksgiving Options at Sapphire
Savor Thanksgiving classics with Sapphire Laguna’s signature global twist prepared by Chef Azmin Ghahreman and his talented culinary staff. Sapphire is offering three no-stress Thanksgiving dining options with delectable autumn-inspired selections for a special holiday with family and friends, whether at home or dining in the restaurant.
Option 1: Dine In
The three-course meal is served from 11 a.m. until 8 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 27 and is priced starting at $55* exclusive of beverages, tax, and gratuity. Children’s portions will be offered at half price, with the “A La Carte” Kids’ menu also available. It is recommended that guests call ahead for reservations.
Dine-In Menu Highlights:
Traditional Herb Roasted Diestel Hen Turkey Carvings, Whisky-Pepper Cured Salmon, Butternut Squash Bisque, Pan Seared Beef Tenderloin , Short Rib Sheppard’s Pie, Classic Pumpkin Pie and Spiced Rum Apple Cake. Full menu, here.
Options 2 & 3: Order a Feast “To-Go”
Sapphire Pantry offers Thanksgiving meals “To-Go” complete with all of the fixings for any size party. A Traditional Thanksgiving Three-Course Dinner serves 8-10 guests, and is priced at $385, plus tax. A Very Impressive Presentation (VIP) Four-Course Thanksgiving Dinner serves up to 12 guests and is priced at $595, plus tax. If you’re hosting a smaller group of guests for Thanksgiving Day, Sapphire Pantry’s “A La Carte” menu offers individual items including savory main courses, salads, sides, desserts, cheese platters, and charcuterie boards.
