Snooze: an AM Eatery Opens in OC

The first Snooze, an A.M. Eatery in Orange County just opened in Tustin. The Denver based concept is an award-winning all-day brunch eatery that also serves boozy breakfast cocktails. Snooze offers modern twists on America’s favorite breakfast classics and encourages custom creations and combinations. You can mix-and-match Snooze’s six options for Eggs Benedict or add a pancake flight to any dish.

Some of Snooze’s signature menu items include a Breakfast Pot Pie, a flaky puff pastry smothered in homemade rosemary sausage gravy, topped with an egg your style; the  Chilaquiles Benedict, barbacoa beef over ranchero-sauced tortillas and melted cheese, topped with poached, cage-free eggs, roasted poblano hollandaise, pico de gallo and cotija cheese.

You can also order their famous Pineapple Upside Down Pancakes, a buttermilk pancake with caramelized pineapple chunks, housemade vanilla crème Anglaise and cinnamon butter; or the Breakfast Pot Pie, Snooze’s homemade rosemary sausage gravy smothers a flaky puff pastry, topped with eggs your style, complete with hash browns.

Boozy drink options include a Gazpacho Bloody Mary with bacon-infused Cyrus Noble Bourbon and House Bloody Mary Mix; or a Palomimosa, with Snooze Sparkling, Espolón Blanco Tequila, St. Germain Liqueur and grapefruit juice.

Snooze is dedicated to supporting local causes and nonprofits, the Tustin location has partnered with nonprofit organizations including Miracles for Kids and the Tustin Community Foundation to support their 2016 programs and grants, including Beckman, Foothill and Tustin High School bands and dance teams.
