Over the past 10 years, Chef Azmin Ghahreman has curated a culinary journey at his Laguna Beach restaurant, Sapphire Laguna, where comfort cuisine meets exotic innovation. As a citizen of the world with an international-oriented cooking style, he has helped guests travel through the world's markets with their palates. Over the past decade, Sapphire Laguna has distinguished itself as being among the finest restaurants in the region by presenting a global market cuisine that utilizes the best seasonal ingredients and only the most responsibly raised and sourced meat, poultry, and seafood.

During the month of March, Sapphire Laguna will be hosting complimentary tray-pass of global street foods and Sapphire throwbacks, such as Goat Cheese Stuffed Lamb Sliders, Hong Kong Style Salt & Pepper Shrimp and the Tunisian Crab Warka, from 4:30 - 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 7, 14 and 21. The Sapphire Laguna team will feature select Signature Cocktails, beer and wines from around the world. This will be held in addition to its popular Sunset Hour Menu, so guests can come relax! ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION PRIX-FIXE 5-COURSE DINNER TUESDAY, MARCH 28
As a culmination of its Tuesday celebrations this month, on Tuesday, March 28 beginning at 5:30 p.m., Sapphire Laguna will have a grand celebration featuring a special Multi-Course Celebration Menu served family style with Sapphire classics and favorites served for one night only! In addition to the prix fixe menu, the evening will feature a "Brown Bag Wine Contest" during which guests can correctly guess a bottle of mystery wine and enjoy it on the house! Seating is limited for this dinner, so make your reservations early.
