Founded in Newport Beach, Pure Salt is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a major expansion that includes a new flagship store and design studio, an anniversary collection inspired by California living, and the debut of its first-ever catalog. Pure Salt will also host a grand opening celebration on Saturday, May 16, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., featuring shopping, complimentary coffee from Pulo Coffee until noon, and a giveaway entry opportunity for guests.

Located at 314 Old Newport Blvd. in Newport Beach, the new 4,500-square-foot space brings together Pure Salt’s retail shop and interior design studio under one roof. The storefront reflects the brand’s signature approach to relaxed California design with layered neutrals, natural textures, artisan pieces, and thoughtfully curated furnishings.

The new location gives clients and visitors the opportunity to experience the Pure Salt aesthetic in person while also working directly with the design team. The coastal setting and walkable location make it a natural fit for the Newport Beach lifestyle the brand has long embraced.

Founded in 2016 by best friends and business partners Aly Morford and Leigh Lincoln, Pure Salt has grown from a boutique interior design studio into a nationally recognized lifestyle brand known for its warm, livable interiors and carefully curated home collections. The Pure Salt Shoppe launched in 2019 and helped expand the brand’s reach beyond residential design projects.

To mark the anniversary, Pure Salt is also introducing a new collection centered around indoor-outdoor California living. The collection includes dining, entertaining, and lounge pieces designed with the brand’s signature light woods, woven textures, terracotta accents, and natural materials. Teak and sungkai wood furnishings, rope-wrapped lighting, and handcrafted details throughout the collection reflect the layered look Pure Salt has become known for.

Launching alongside the collection is the brand’s first catalog, an editorial-style look at the Pure Salt lifestyle and aesthetic, arriving in mailboxes this May.
