Eat LBC: 50 Restaurants in Seven Days

Eat LBC is the city’s first-ever Restaurant Week In Long Beach kicking off Sunday, March 30 through Saturday, April 5. More than 50 eateries will be offering special three-course, prix fixe menus available at either $26 or $38 per person, excluding tax and gratuity.

Eat LBC’s co-founders, Elizabeth Borsting and Terri Henry live in Long Beach, have tons of marketing and PR experience and took it upon themselves to create the inaugural Long Beach Restaurant Week. They adore the great restaurants and talented chefs in their community. “Most every major city hosts a Restaurant Week and Long Beach, California’s fifth largest city, is long overdue for its own,” said Henry.

Thanks to Borsting, Henry, and all of the sponsors and participating restaurants, you can start planning culinary outings for Eat LBC at wine bars, gastropubs, sidewalk cafes, fine dining establishments, pizzerias, vegan venues and more.

The city’s neighborhoods represented span from Downtown to Uptown, Bixby Knolls to Belmont Shore, as well as the waterfront, East Village, Cal Heights, PCH Corridor, East Anaheim/Zafaria District, Naples Island and neighboring Seal Beach.

For a complete list of participating restaurants and to preview Eat LBC menus, visit www.eatlbc.com.
