Michelin-starred Chef Tony Esnault is offering a special 3-course Easter Brunch on Sunday, April 4. The holiday meal begins with options such as butter-poached Lobster Soup, and Radish Carpaccio featuring daikon and ninja radish with Tokyo turnip. For the main course, guests will select from a Farmers Market Vegetable Cocotte, Ora King Salmon, or Grass-Fed Te Mana Lamb Loin. The meal will end with a beautiful Easter Egg dessert with coconut mousse, and passion fruit and mango confit. Easter Sunday Brunch will be offered from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. for dine-in service (last reservation taken at 2:45 p.m.).
