The Counter - Mini Veggie Burgers

Mini is the way to go this weekend to make sure you eat your greens this weekend.

The Counter Custom Built Burgers is kicking off Vegetarian Awareness month with complimentary mini veggie burgers on October 1, 2011, World Vegetarian Day.

Saturday only, guests will receive a mini veggie burger with provolone, red pepper and Dijon balsamic dressing with any burger purchase.

The Counter has over 300,000 different combinations for you to choose from, varying in size, type of burger (beef, chicken, turkey and veggie) and endless adornments to satisfy any appetite. Voted one of the best veggie burgers by The Washington Post and Chicago Tribune, give your taste buds a chance to try the made from scratch and vegan-friendly patty. The patty is made of brown rice, spinach, panko bread crumbs, mushrooms, onions, corn, black beans, zucchini, red bell peppers and arrots and is cooked and stored separately from all the animal products.

Acrobats in OC!

National Acrobats of China Incredible athletes are taking the stage Saturday and they don't sprint or pump iron.

The National Acrobats of China are appearing at the Segerstrom Center for the Arts Saturday and will mesmerize you and your family with their incredible flexibility, poise and daring.

The troupe 35 acrobats have traveled the world and are masters in martial arts, illusion and acrobatics (of course). Performances are set to traditional music and use objects from every day life, such as bicycles, plates and even ladders in their stage show.

Direct from Beijing, the National Acrobats of China have won every international award for their performances and have visited nearly every corner of the globe.
