
OC’s week dedicated to fashion kicks off tonight at Irvine Spectrum Center as Style Week Orange County returns through Oct. 8. Get ready for eight days of fashion celebrations at Irvine Spectrum Center and at Fashion Island.
Tonight from 7 to 9 p.m. check out the Rack Rave at Irvine Spectrum. It’s a fashion carnival with modeling, entertainment, interactive events and more hosted by Nick Verreos, a celebrity designer and Project Runway alumni.
Highlights from other events coming up include two fashion shows at Fashion Island’s Neiman Marcus-Bloomingdale’s Courtyard, on Wednesday at 1 p.m. David Meister will show his fall gown collection, and on Thursday at 1 p.m. Rachel Roy at 1 p.m. will present her fall collection.
On Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. foodies can enjoy a Restaurant Rave at Irvine Spectrum Center as celebrity chef and radio host Jamie Gwen and TV personality and author Mario Lopez will host cooking demos that feature dining trends with CUCINA Enoteca, Paul Martin’s American Grill, Capital Seafood and other favorite eateries.
On Sat. Oct. 8 from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. join the Michael Stars Style Soiree at Fashion Island, with celebrity stylist Taylor Jacobson will be giving expert fashion consultations, and take advantage of mini-makeovers and more at the Michael Stars boutique.
