You’re invited to get a taste of the lifestyle that inspired the neighborhood at the Meet Our Builder event on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. for a showcase of nature and summer. It’s an opportunity to explore the plans and interact with the 8 featured builders, kids activities like a movie in the park, an origami station, and a balloon artist, a refreshing fresh juice and lemonade bar, miniature pies, lots of cookies, and plenty of giveaways for you and the family to enjoy.
The first of the Great Park Neighborhoods, Pavilion Park, will surround a large, central park shaded by majestic heritage trees and will add a touch of relaxed nature to everyday life. The neighborhood features ten fresh, new home collections, each inspired by classic, American Heritage architecture, by eight of Southern California's premiere homebuilders including K. Hovnanian Homes, Lennar, William Lyon Homes, Pulte Homes, Richmond American Homes, Ryland Homes, Shea Homes and Taylor Morrison.
Offering a broad selection of styles and floor plans, these single-family residences will combine classic, American Heritage architecture with thoughtful new features, such as unprecedented flexibility to accommodate families of all sizes - and all generations
