Great Maple has recently opened its doors in Anaheim, marking a significant milestone as the culinary operator for the upcoming Pixar Place Hotel at the Disneyland Resort. The property, formerly known as Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel, is currently undergoing renovations to transform into the Pixar Place Hotel, with the official launch set for January 30, 2024.
Great Maple, a modern American eatery based in Orange County, California, is now part of this reimagined property, serving as its primary restaurant offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a focus on elevated comfort food and inventive American classics.
As the transformation of the Pixar Place Hotel takes shape, it will seamlessly integrate the enchantment and creativity of Pixar and its beloved characters throughout the premises. Guests will have the pleasure of experiencing various food and beverage outlets within the hotel, all operated by the Great Maple restaurant group.
The new Great Maple restaurant, occupying a spacious 6,500 square feet along Disneyland Drive, welcomes hotel guests, local diners, and theme park enthusiasts alike. It boasts a delectable menu of signature elevated comfort food items, including favorites like Buttermilk Fried Chicken & Maple Bacon Doughnuts, Cajun Shrimp & Cheddar Biscuit Benedict, and Soda Pop-Braised Baby Back Ribs. Great Maple's scratch kitchen prioritizes top-quality seasonal ingredients, resulting in mouthwatering dishes such as Charred Cauliflower Hummus, Maple Pecan-Crusted Salmon, and an array of inspired salads.
Expanding the dining offerings within the hotel, Great Maple's culinary team will curate additional food and beverage experiences. This includes the opening of Sketch Pad Café, a lobby coffee shop and café ideal for fueling up before a day at the theme parks or enjoying a midday break. Additionally, the hotel will introduce Small Bytes, a rooftop pool bar operated by Great Maple, offering a distinctive menu of snacks and beverages on the revamped rooftop deck, where guests can relish stunning views of Disneyland Park's fireworks display.
Pixar Place Hotel is at 1717 S. Disneyland Drive, Suite 101 in Anaheim
