BNG Hospitality is thrilled to announce the official opening of The Park Club California on January 27. This exciting venture brings together a seasoned and strategic executive team, with Daniel Hohng as the Executive Chef and Rochelle Segobia as the Director of Operations.
Situated at the Garden Level of the Center Tower in Costa Mesa, The Park Club enjoys a prime location adjacent to cultural landmarks such as the Segerstrom Center for the Arts, South Coast Repertory, Orange County Museum of Art, and the luxury shopping destination, South Coast Plaza.
The Park Club is set to deliver an unparalleled members-only experience, creating an exclusive social hub for professionals, entrepreneurs, creatives, and philanthropists to connect and inspire one another.
Designed by the renowned Venice-based boutique design agency, Studio Collective, The Park Club boasts a variety of distinctive dining venues and gathering spaces, including the Monet Restaurant and Palm Bar. The Monet Restaurant promises an elevated culinary journey, offering seasonally inspired dishes crafted with exceptional ingredients that blend French cuisine with Asian and coastal California flavors. Inspired by the beloved Impressionist artist, the restaurant features an elaborate bar and an intimate performance space for curated live entertainment during evening dining.
For those seeking unique libations, the Palm Bar offers a meticulously crafted cocktail menu, tantalizing infusions, and an impressive collection of wine and spirits.
Chef Daniel Hohng, with over 15 years of culinary experience, will provide creative culinary direction across The Club's food and beverage offerings. His impressive culinary journey includes roles as Chef de Cuisine at Astrid by Ray Garcia in Los Angeles, Sous Chef with Michelin 2-star Chef Wolfgang Puck at Spago in Beverly Hills, and Executive Chef of Ngoc Suong in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
The Park Club will cater to its members with breakfast, lunch, and dinner services, complemented by a diverse range of member programming. This includes pre- and post-theater socials, supper club concerts, art receptions, culinary tastings, wine dinners, and seasonal gatherings. Additionally, the venue opens onto the al fresco Garden Terrace, adorned with inviting patio seating and lush landscaping. Exclusive to members, there are sophisticated and versatile event spaces such as the Eucalyptus Ballroom, Oak Room, Laguna and Newport Meeting Rooms, Water Lily Private Dining, and Game Room for private meetings and events.
Membership at The Park Club comes with access to BNG Hospitality's extensive network of over 110 clubs and full benefits in the Palmer Advantage, providing access to a wide range of private golf and country clubs, both domestically and internationally.
The Park Club is located at Center Tower, 650 Town Center Drive Garden Level, Costa Mesa. For more information, please visit parkclubca.com.
