For the first time in more than 10 years and now post-COVID, a new dive shop for scuba enthusiasts is opening in Orange County. Scuba.com, one of the largest scuba diving and snorkeling equipment retail sites, celebrates its grand opening on Thursday, April 29 at 11 a.m. of its new brick and mortar location in Costa Mesa.
