Renaissance ClubSport in Aliso Viejo, South Orange County’s premier fitness resort and hotel, has completed a major refresh of its Men’s and Women’s recovery areas, just in time for peak summertime fitness and leisure. The upgraded facilities offer club members a new level of comfort and wellness, reinforcing ClubSport’s commitment to recovery, longevity and performance.
The redesigned recovery areas feature modern steam rooms, saunas and hot tubs. The new steam rooms support circulation and muscle recovery, while the saunas now include pink Himalayan salt walls known for their detoxifying benefits. The hot tubs remain a popular amenity for soothing sore muscles and promoting relaxation.
These enhancements are part of a broader series of upgrades across the 100,000-square-foot property. Recent improvements include a fully renovated pool decks and kids splash park, refreshed strength and cardio equipment, updated spaces for basketball and pickleball, and the addition of The Edge, a performance training zone equipped for high-intensity interval training, weightlifting, and more.
While the on-site hotel welcomes wellness-focused travelers and business guests, ClubSport operates as a full-scale fitness and wellness club open to local members. All hotel guests receive complimentary access to the fitness club during their stay, a rare offering among upscale hotels.
ClubSport has also launched a new Friends Membership, allowing up to four adults to share full club access at a reduced group rate. The membership includes exclusive perks such as a Wine and Beer Club membership, monthly InBody assessments and member discounts at Citrus Fresh Grill and R Spa. Family memberships include up to three hours of complimentary daily childcare at Kids World, providing flexibility for parents to work out or unwind while their children are safely entertained.
Club members enjoy unlimited access to the latest fitness equipment and a wide variety of group classes including yoga, cycling, HIIT and pool-based workouts. Beyond fitness, the resort-style amenities include Citrus Fresh Grill and Bar, R Spa, a grab-and-go market and seasonal poolside service. A full calendar of events features live music, wellness seminars, sound baths and happy hours.
