Eat, Tour & Explore at Baker Ranch is a massive unveiling event on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Baker Ranch, a new resort-style community in Lake Forest. They'll be unveiling plans for their new public parks as well as showing off their current amenities like the Grove Clubhouse by having Richard Blais a “Top Chef All-Stars” winner come out for a cooking demonstration featuring one of his creative and delicious recipes.

Stop by the Grove Clubhouse from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m for the grand unveiling of the future parks at Baker Ranch, complimentary Spa Gregorie’s poolside massage, beauty break with L’Occitane En Provence, appetizers and refreshments, sounds from a harpist and guitarist group. There will also be parks to play at, and the opportunity to tour the beautiful new community.

The first of two cooking demos with Richard Blais will happen at 1 p.m. followed by a book signing of "Try This at Home: Recipes from My Head to Your Plate" at 1:45 p.m.; and then a second cooking demo with Richard Blais at 2:30 p.m. followed by a book signing at 3:15 p.m. 

At the Arbors Club from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. there will be a Pilates demonstration with Trim Fitness Studio, kids craft table, balloon artist, face painting/metallic temporary jewelry tattoo, healthy mini dessert bites and fresh juice/infused water, sounds from Pan-A-Cea (steel drum band).

And at 2 and 3 p.m. you can watch synchronized swimming demonstrations.

Baker Ranch is between Bake Parkway and Alton Parkway in Lake Forest.  To reach Baker Ranch from the I-5 or I-405, take the Bake Parkway exit and proceed east.  Enter the community at Dimension Drive. To reach Baker Ranch from the 241 tollroad, exit Alton Parkway, proceed west and follow the signs to Baker Ranch.
