The premier meat festival of Southern California has arrived! Presented by Foodbeast and The Makers of The SPAM Brand, this one-day festival of meat will be celebrated on Saturday, April 22 at MainPlace Mall in Santa Ana. Meat Street is the place to enjoy the tastiest and most creative meat dishes that Southern California has to offer.
It will feature a wide variety of crazy, mouth-watering, exclusive culinary creations and more.
The event will take place in two parts on Saturday April 22
The Marketplace will run from 11 a.m. to 11p.m., Buy As You Go
$10 General Admission.
VIP: will host (2) sessions 1p.m. – 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. – 8 p.m., All You Can Consume
$60 Standard All-Access Ticket

Bruxie: Spicy fried chicken drumstick on top of 'Angry Mac and Cheese' with applewood bacon
Burger Monster: "Pulgasari, aka Korean Godzilla", angus beef patty, kimchi aioli, gojuchang BBQ sauce, cabbage slaw, marinated cucumbers, pepper jack cheese, Korean BBQ marinated spam
DonerG: "Doner Saltado", with special Aji Sauce and fried egg
Dragon Dogs: "The "FOODBEAST", chile verde bacon wrapped hot dog
Elbows Mac n Cheese: BBQ pulled pork in a parmesan, cheddar and swiss mac n cheese
Lucille's Smokehouse BBQ: "BBQ Burnt Ends and Bacon Sundae", garlic mashed potatoes, topped with BBQ burnt ends, Hormel bacon bits, shredded cheese, green onions, drizzled with BBQ sauce, a cherry tomato on top
Mad Dumplings: "Spam Folder", crispy pan-fried spam layered between a deep-fried scallion pancake and served with cilantro, pickled carrots and an aioli sauce
Meat Up BBQ: "Texas Chop Sandwich", hacked up brisket, pulled pork, smoked bratwurst, with our scratch made pickles, bacon, and house bbq sauce on a split lobster bun
Mess Hall Canteen: "SPAM BOMB", Spam, mozzarella, pepper jack, wrapped in Nori battered tempura
Ninjas with Appetite: SPAM® Fries”, thick cut strips of SPAM® rolled in panko and fried until perfectly golden brown, topped with NWA’s Teriyaki aioli
Norigami: "Gyu Katsu", deep-fried steak sandwiches with Japanese-style bbq sauce
Real Good PIzza: chicken and parmesan crusted pizza
Slater's 50/50: "Totcho Burger" collaboration with The Vulgar Chef
The Milky Way: bacon waffle shell with vanilla maple ice cream, chocolate syrup and topped with bacon bits
The Viking Truck: "3 Headed Devil Dog", corn dog stuffed with cheese, bacon bits, and three different kinds of sausage
Aside from all of the meat-centric foods, Meat Street will host a variety of events to watch The Largest SPAM Musubi creation will be constructed LIVE on stage in the Marketplace section. In addition, the VIP section will host The World’s Largest Halal Guys Combo Platter. Attendees can visit The Halal Guys’ booth and get a first-hand look (and taste) of this unbelievably massive culinary creation. And, there’s a Halal Guys Hot Sauce Challenge going down too… five pre-selected competitors will step on stage in the Marketplace Section of Meat Street and test the strength of their tastebuds.
