Itriya Cafe

Pizza and burgers have been getting all the attention lately in OC, but that is about to change with the opening of Itriya Café, Spaghetti & Ssam in Irvine. 

With an invitation for all to enjoy the "Spaghetti Revolution," Itriya Café boast bold combinations of classic Italian pasta paired with Cajun, American, Latin and even Korean influenced sauces.

Sauces are all natural and contain no preservatives or MSG. Guests can order their pasta by number, which are categorized by classic and a part of the Spaghetti Revolution. The revolution  menu includes sauces such as Korean black bean, white clam chowder, Cajun shrimp jambalaya,  Memphis chicken BBQ seasonal sauces and many more we can't wait to try.

The restaurant's concept includes an exhibition-style kitchen with an industry patented pasta cooker that can prepare hundreds of servings of pasta an hour. Always cooked in fresh water and prepared within 10 minutes ensures perfect pasta is delivered on every plate.

Itriya Café appeals to every ethnicity and age group and the menu also features ssam wraps, signature taconini (combines the flavors of a taco while grilled and layered like a panini) and even spaghetti soup.

The experience the Spaghetti Revolution for yourself, visit Itriya Café located at Diamond Jamboree Center at 2740 Alton Pkwy in Irvine.

Open Monday through Thursday 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.; Friday and Saturday 11 a.m. to midnight; and Sunday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
