Located at Lakeshore Towers, the Irvine location will be the third Orange County club, joining San Clemente and Laguna Niguel, making it even easier for OC locals to invest in their health with Life Time.  

From fitness, community, and nourishment to self-care and child development, Life Time addresses all aspects of health. The Lakeshore-Irvine club will feature dedicated studios and spaces for barre, cardio cycling, Pilates, yoga, and more.

Life Time also caters to any active 55+ years old with exclusive ARORA programming, classes, and social activities.
