The quintessential gourmet waffle eatery, Bruxie, is opening its fifth location today at 8 a.m. in Huntington Beach. The restaurant has a loyal following of fans regularly craving Bruxie’s savory and sweet gourmet waffle sandwiches since its flagship location debuted three years in Old Towne Orange.
