Need a Quick Yoga Fix?

Short on time but want to squeeze in yoga classes? At the new 3x30 Yoga studio that just opened at the CAMP in Costa Mesa, the founders, brothers and co-owners Jordan and Ryan Thimmig, believe that it's not how much or how long you sweat; it's the consistency of your workouts that is most important. Their mantra is "three 30-minute classes per week will change your life."

At the mezzanine level in the Seed Peoples Market, 3x30 Yoga caters to beginners to advanced students with a variety of class times and yoga styles including Ashtanga, Hatha Vinyasa, and restorative yoga.

3x30 is designed to be relaxed, personal, accessible and affordable to all and it’s offering a special package through Nov. 30, one month of unlimited yoga classes at just $40. (It’s a $192 value.) To ensure you can get in to the yoga class that fits your schedule, it’s best to sign up online.

Open Sunday 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

3x30 Yoga is at The Camp (inside Seed Peoples Market) at 2937 Bristol St. in Costa Mesa. 714.557.2257.
