The next course is corn, choice of corned pork jowl (or) corned local rock cod with masa, huitloche, charred corn, onion confit, burnt lime kewpie, and oregano. (Noble Ale Works, Pistol Whip'd) The last course is zucchini - zucchini bread, squash blossom bunelo, honey-goat cheese gelato, and walnut brittle. (Bouche d'Or Chardonnay).
