In honor of Mother’s Day, all of Patina’s Restaurants in Orange County--Pinot Provence, Catal and Tangata--have created specialty brunch menus so that you can leave the cooking to the Patina chefs and let her enjoy delicious cuisine in a beautiful setting whether it’s a spring garden or an elegant dining room. And, all mothers will receive a special keepsake recipe booklet by Patina Pastry Chef Carlos Enriquez.
