Once a Dailey

A new fitness-focused barre workout, the Dailey Method that emphasizes core conditioning and good posture through spinal alignment, just opened its first Orange County location in Newport Beach. In celebration, The Dailey Method has partnered with its neighbor Spa Gregorie’s to offer a special Mother’s Day package to pamper Mom.

On Sunday, May 4, moms, daughters or friends, can enjoy a private class at The Dailey Method at 10 a.m., followed by light bites and beverages, then a relaxing spa treatment at adjacent Spa Gregories at 11:30 a.m. A one-hour Swedish Massage Package costs $125, and the one-hour Ultimate Signature Facial Package costs $150. Both prices include the class, spa treatment and gratuity.

The Dailey Method, founded 13 years ago in San Francisco by Kinesiologist Jill Dailey, combines ballet barre work, core conditioning, stretching, and orthopedic exercises. while strengthening, toning and lengthening the entire body. Each set of exercises is followed by a series of active stretches for optimum muscle development. The entire body and mind are constantly working throughout class.

The Newport Beach studio boasts sunlight filled fitness rooms, luxurious changing rooms with a shower, and complimentary on-site childcare for members.
