The Blue C Sushi Train Rolled In

The hottest Seattle based Kaiten (conveyor belt) sushi bar, Blue C Sushi, just opened at Fashion Island, upstairs near Island Cinema.

The only other Blue C Sushi in SoCal is in Hollywood at Sunset and Vine. You can order from a full menu of classic rolls, raw sushi, and “from the kitchen”items,  as well as innovative Blue C Sushi favorites such as the Loaded Baked Potato, Smoked Yellowtail Tacos and Tuna Tostadas. Blue C Sushi also offers specialty cocktails, various sakes and imaginative desserts such as a Japanese croissant, cream pan, and a choco pan.

At Blue C Sushi you can choose“on the belt” dishes passing by such as Tahitian albacore, Pacific rolls, Seattle rolls, spicy California rolls, vegetable tempura rolls, crab salads and more. Each one is uniquely colored according to price--grey starts at just $2.50 on up to $6 for a purple plate--a high-tech tracking system monitors freshness of each dish.

Open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday to Thursday; 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
