From the good folks who created the waffle sandwich, comes a special 4th of July culinary celebration: Bruxie’s culinary team is flying in live Maine lobsters to create the ultimate New England Lobster Bruxie, only available on Saturday, July 4.
Other holiday specials, which will be available Friday, July 3 through Sunday, July 5 include the new Vermont Apple Pie Bruxie and a Red, White & Blue Shake. The New England Lobster Bruxie will be available at all five Orange County and Chino Hills Bruxie locations. It’s best to arrive early, they will sell out.

Vermont Apple Pie Bruxie – warm brown sugar spiced granny smith apples, extra sharp Vermont cheddar cheese and homemade crumble served with Bruxie’s Award-Winning Wisconsin Frozen Custard - $7.95

Be on the lookout for yet another juice concept arriving this fall at Fashion Island. JUICE | Served Here will offer 21 cold-pressed juices, as well as a variety of cleanse packets, nut milks, tonics, elixirs, shots, shakes, coffee, and treats from its raw bake shop.
The Los Angeles based JUICE | Served Here boasts a loyal following including celebs such as Emma Stone, Olivia Wilde, Jane Lynch, Gwyneth Paltrow, Woody Harrelson. The boutique juice concept proudly uses nutrient dense foods from local, biodynamic farms, cold-pressed in a zero waste facility.
JUICE | Served Here will be located across from Swimspot near Tesla. Guests can enjoy free WIFI, as well as a boutique selection of curated goods and literature.
