The Bar Method, the premier barre-based workout known for its targeted and effective body sculpting exercises, just opened a new studio in Costa Mesa. The gorgeous new location includes a locker room with a shower and full amenities, a fully stocked coffee bar, and a retail area.

There's no excuse to skip a workout when you can shower before the workday or dinner out, and the natural light pouring into both the male and female locker rooms makes it an ideal place to freshen up after a fat-burning, full-body workout.

What’s so great about this hour-long workout is that it uses isometric exercises to strengthen and tone all major muscle groups, followed by stretching to elongate, lengthen and align the body. It was developed by experts to reshape muscles, burn body fat and improve posture. Students have noticed immediate results, no matter their fitness levels or experience.

It’s the third studio in Orange County from co-owners Jessica Rennison, Whitney Bania and Anika Yeager. They’ve completed their dream of building a fitness enterprise for the local community, as current clients of The Bar Method can use their membership to workout at the Newport Beach, Tustin and Costa Mesa studios.

The Bar Method Costa Mesa offers classes daily, and is offering a new client special with 30 day of unlimited classes for $100, or $39 for one week unlimited classes.
