Selanne Steak Tavern, an upscale tavern and steak house in Laguna Beach, is opening the new TS Gourmet Shoppe, adjacent to the restaurant on Tuesday, December 8 at 3 p.m.
The TS Gourmet Shoppe is an intimate boutique-style shoppe that offers a curated selection of handcrafted savory and sweet gourmet foodstuffs. Now you can take home some of the favorites tastes from Selanne Steak Tavern such as the Tavern's famous truffle popcorn, and purchase gift items from the hockey legend.
TS Gourmet Shoppe offers aged prime steaks and chops cut-to-order by Chef Joshua Severson and his trained butchering team. Each steak comes with house-made truffle-marrow butter and sea salt. And, the cheeses are offered with house-made jams and compotes. In addition, TS Gourmet Shoppe will sell fresh seafood, cookies, nuts, condiments and signature Teemu Selanne apparel and other gift items such as aprons, T-shirts, aprons, hats and Moscow Mule mugs customized with Teemu’s signature.
Open from 3 to 10 p.m., Tuesday through Sunday.
