It’s been five years in the making and finally, the first Stacked:Food Well Built just opened in Orange County. Stacked is on Edinger Avenue in Huntington Beach, with other locations in Thousand Oaks, Torrance, San Diego and Cerritos.
The award-winning concept features an innovative “build-your-own” ordering system. Stacked uses an iPad-based system, so that you can customize your order and pay via tapletop iPads.
You can choose from hundreds of ingredients to customize your burgers, pizzas, salads and mac ‘n’ cheese and just drag and drop your order to build your meal on the screen. You will be literally ‘stacking’ your meal—even ice cream sandwiches, sundaes and shakes with what you want on top. The menu is huge is huge; you can also choose from appetizers and sides, soups, sandwiches, and kids meals.
The Huntington Beach location will also offer a variety of customizable and signature breakfast items.
There aren’t any prices on the menu; the final price appears when you’re done ordering, but you have the option to remove items, too.
If you prefer a traditional approach, a server can take your order.
Open 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Sunday through Tuesday; 7 a.m. to 12 a.m. Wednesday through Thursday; 7 a.m. to 1 a.m. Friday and Saturday.
