Poke and tacos are all the rage and so is the build-your-own concept. Thankfully, Fins Poke Fusion nailed it—it offers both customizable poke bowls and fresh fish tacos. Fins Poke Fusion just opened its second location in Fullerton, across from the Fox Fullerton Theatre—and it’s the first poke eatery to offer a drive-through option. (The original Fins is in Mission Viejo.)
Fins makes all of its ingredients in house - from its sauces, to freshly made taco shells, tostada bowls and chips. Fins also introduced inventive offerings such as the Poke Taco, Poke Tostada, Poke Kit, and the Poke Sampler.
Fins Poke Fusion offers a build-as-you-go format that allows you to be involved in the poke creating process. You can opt for their choice of poke bowl, wrap, taco, or tostada bowl. Bowls come in three size options with choice of fresh fish selections, including salmon, tuna, spicy tuna, albacore, shrimp, and octopus. From there, the guest can choose from three house-made poke sauces, a rice or salad base, and more than a dozen fresh ingredients.
Both locations will be open daily for lunch and dinner from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Fins Poke Fusion is at 28251 Marguerite Pkwy, Suite A. in Mission Viejo.
Fins Poke Fusion is at 513 North Harbor Blvd. in Fullerton.
